It's an opportunity to become a trusted adviser to senior leadership while leaving a lasting impact on a major property portfolio. About You: We're keen to speak with candidates who bring: Extensive technical due diligence, asset management, development or capital projects experience Strong knowledge of building services, construction, compliance, lifecycle costing and property risk Experience supporting acquisitions, development projects or major investment decisions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills The ability to translate complex technical information into clear commercial recommendations A commercial mindset combined with strong technical credibility Experience within hospitality, leisure, commercial property, mixed-use or operational real estate environments A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders The Package: In addition to a highly competitive executive-level package, you'll benefit from performance-related rewards and a comprehensive range of benefits designed to support your wellbeing, financial security and work-life balance.
