TS Recruitment are working with a specialist drylining contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial projects across the North of England.

Responsibilities

Manage 2-4 multi million-pound drylining projects at a time

Attend prestart meetings and manage delivery from start to finish

Write and manage site programmes

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality

Manage labour, managers, supervisors, and subcontractors

Ensure H&S compliance across all sites

Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control

Project values circa £1-5 million

Report directly to the Regional Director

Projects ranging from £1 to £5m

Work includes healthcare, education and MOD work

Renowned name in the industry

Work for Tier 1 main contractors

Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of internal trades

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified

Minimum 5 years' management experience

Good IT and reporting skills

Full UK driving licence
