Site Manager Super Prime / High-End Luxury Residential
Castellum Cotswolds, Berkshire, Gloucestershire (Stroud, Hungerford & surrounding areas)

Castellum is seeking an experienced Site Manager (or Senior Site Manager / Project Manager) to take full ownership of super-prime and high-end residential projects valued at £5m+ across the Cotswolds, Berkshire and Gloucestershire.

You will lead the delivery of exceptional luxury homes from inception to completion, upholding the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, programme and client care on some of the most prestigious residential schemes in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle of super-prime / high-end residential builds (typically £5m+)
• Coordinate clients, architects, interior designers, consultants and specialist contractors for seamless delivery
• Maintain uncompromising standards of quality, finishes and attention to detail on every package
• Plan, monitor and control programme, budget, resources and site logistics
• Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations, planning conditions, CDM and Health & Safety legislation
• Lead and motivate site teams, manage subcontractors, proactively identify risk and resolve issues quickly
• Maintain clear, professional communication and strong client relationships throughout the project

What We re Looking For

• Minimum 3 5 years site management / project management experience on high-end or super-prime residential schemes
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects valued at £5m+
• Strong knowledge of luxury materials, high-specification finishes and specialist trades
• Excellent leadership, organisational, commercial and communication skills
• Confident stakeholder and client management; calm and professional under pressure
• Experience with modern project management tools and software
• Relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification advantageous (SMSTS / CSCS preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to work across Cotswolds / Berkshire / Gloucestershire sites
