We are currently seeking a temporary resource to support the housing complaints team in the investigation, evidence gathering, and drafting of Stage One complaint responses. The role is office based and will be full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring complaints are thoroughly investigated and clearly documented and will have a background in housing.
