You will support the development of the main works programme and ensure no works commence on site until all health & safety requirements and the relevant Construction Phase Plan are in place. Key responsibilities include: Developing method statements, risk assessments, and supporting the overall safety plan in line with CDM Regulations as Principal Contractor Providing strong leadership, direction, and support to all site employees Managing labour resources and maintaining high levels of productivity across site operations Coordinating and expediting the release of design information and materials from the design team Ensuring full compliance with company Quality Procedures and Management Systems Effectively managing all subcontractors and supply chain partners Monitoring workmanship and quality to ensure a defect-free handover What we need from you You will ideally be qualified to degree level in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or hold a relevant trade background within the construction industry.
