Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on major construction or M&E projects. Strong mechanical building services background. Experience managing mechanical subcontractors and complex installations. Previous large-scale project experience custodial, healthcare, commercial, industrial or public sector preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, sequencing and commissioning. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. SMSTS preferred. Mechanical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent are advantageous.
