Experience working within a fast-paced environment. Previous customer-facing experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience using a planning or scheduling system. Experience using Total Mobile or a similar system would be advantageous.
