About You We are looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor / Maintenance Supervisor / Repairs Supervisor with a strong background in property maintenance and the supervision of directly employed tradespeople. You will ideally have: Proven experience supervising a direct labour force within social housing, property maintenance, facilities management or a similar environment. A relevant trade qualification, with practical experience within a suitable workstream such as plumbing, carpentry, responsive repairs, damp and mould, voids, planned works or complex repairs. Strong knowledge of building construction, repairs and maintenance. Experience managing subcontractors and monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs.
