Plumber

Are you an experienced Plumber looking for your next contract opportunity in Hertfordshire? We re recruiting for a Plumber to join an established maintenance team working within a secure environment.

This is a hands-on role carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs and fault finding, offering £200 per day and the opportunity to work as part of an experienced facilities team.

The Role

As the Plumber, you will:

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and complete plumbing repairs.
• Maintain plumbing systems and associated equipment.
• Respond efficiently to maintenance issues and breakdowns.
• Work alongside engineers and other maintenance professionals.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to the required standards.

About You

To be successful as the Plumber, you ll have:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification/experience.
• Previous experience as a Plumber within maintenance or building services.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a maintenance team.
• Experience within FM, commercial buildings or secure environments would be advantageous.
• EL1 clearance is essential.
