Multi Trade Plumber

Salary: 38,000 to 40,500 per year
Location: Croydon and surrounding areas
Hours: 08:00 to 17:00
Workload: Up to 7 jobs per day
Contract: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Plumber to join a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering Croydon and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.
• Complete a variety of plumbing works including:
  • Repairing leaks
  • Replacing taps, toilets, and sinks
  • Pipework repairs
  • Fault finding and general plumbing maintenance
• Undertake associated multi-trade tasks such as:
  • Basic carpentry
  • Tiling
  • Patch plastering
  • Painting and decorating
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service to residents.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work.

• Company van

• Experience working within social housing properties.
• Qualified or time-served plumber.
• Ability to carry out basic multi-trade repairs.
• Own basic hand and power tools.
• Smartphone for receiving jobs via an app.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
