The position is predominantly office based, with occasional visits to construction projects to support audits, inspections and compliance activities. The Role Supporting the HSEQ Manager and wider operational team. Maintaining HSEQ records, registers and controlled documentation. Preparing, issuing and filing HSEQ documentation. Assisting with audits, inspections and compliance reporting. Producing HSEQ statistics, reports and performance data. Administering supplier and subcontractor approval processes. Maintaining subcontractor competency records, insurance information, accreditations and compliance documentation. Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain outstanding documentation. Maintaining approved supplier databases. Supporting legal compliance and monitoring legislative updates. Assisting with risk assessments, safe systems of work and toolbox talks.
