Assistant Site Manager

Daniel Owen are currently looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager for new build housing site in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea

This role will be permanent must have new build housing experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Qualified to relevant Construction qualifications or significant industry experience including housing & commercial projects.
• Experienced Assistant Site Manager - working to tight timeframes.
• Track record of successful delivery of construction projects valued over 1 million in the private / commercial sector.
• Awareness of the NHBC Standards and compliance requirements.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card.
• Ideally you will have qualifications that include - SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Awareness, Working at Heights.
