Qualifications and Experience: - Proven experience in a senior commercial role with significant project management responsibilities. - Strong contractual and commercial expertise. - In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, in either NEC OR JCT Contracts - Demonstrated experience in procuring specialist packages. - Valid driver's license.
