This role with offer great client exposure, fast track progression opportunities, the ability to run and manage your own projects with the potential to have multiple projects under your control. About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor You will be managing various other contractors beneath you, ensuring project operations run smoothly while managing upstream communication to the clients. There is a high level of detailed reporting required and you must be able to create cost + plans for clients, substantiate any financial plans, adhere to health and safety standards managing your own cost reports, and any and all applications while working on FSA contracts. A PQS or QS will manage projects with values of 15 - 20 million, managing subcontractors and packages independently, on a variety of projects vary but a majority will be groundworks and footpath based for datacentres.
