You will have a working understanding of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in producing repair specifications. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have good analytical and problem-solving skills. Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices and be comfortable with remote work technology.
