Technical Responsibilities Prepare and develop technical design drawings, specifications, and tender documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. Provide technical detailing to support design proposals. Contribute to feasibility studies, design coordination, and compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, and statutory requirements. Assist in preparing specifications, schedules of work, and technical reports. Provide technical input to support the delivery of refurbishment, adaptation, and maintenance projects. About You Qualified in Architectural Technology or Building Surveying (degree or equivalent). Strong technical design and detailing skills, with experience producing coordinated drawing packages. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (experience in 3D modelling and BIM Level 2 workflows advantageous). Knowledge of building pathology, construction methods, and specification writing. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative working style. A proactive approach and enthusiasm to develop within a supportive, high-performing team.
