Site Manager

Location: Bedfordshire
Rate: 320- 350 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: Initial 6 months
Start: Immediate

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a cleanroom refurbishment project in Bedfordshire on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist project within a highly regulated environment, requiring a strong focus on quality, compliance, and programme delivery.

• Managing day-to-day site operations on a live cleanroom refurbishment
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
• Maintaining strict health & safety and contamination control standards
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project
• Ensuring high-quality finishes in line with cleanroom compliance requirements

• Proven experience delivering cleanroom refurbishment projects (essential)
• Strong background working in controlled environments (pharma, healthcare, or similar)
• SMSTS (in date)
• CSCS Card (in date)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Available to start immediately

• Competitive day rate of 320- 350 (Outside IR35)
