Contracts Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager is now available to join a reputable Construction Contractor based near Stirling. You will be joining a successful company who have been operating for almost 50 years, enjoying project success in the Residential, Industrial, Education and Care sectors. We are looking for someone who is experienced within this role who can hit the ground running and knows the Construction industry well.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tenders, commercial bids and help to bring in new business.
• Develop project proposals.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and Site/ Project Managers when required.
• Agree budgets and timescales.
• Manage construction schedules and budgets.
• Liaise with financial and technical staff, sub-contractors and legal teams.
• Overseeing invoicing.
• Meet with clients to discuss requirements.
• Adhere to all health and safety.

Must:

• Have demonstrable Contracts Management experience within the Construction sector.

Salary:

• 60-80K
