Site Manager

A great opportunity for a Site Manager is now available to join a Construction Company based near Striling. You will be joining a company who have enjoyed success for almost 50 years within the construction industry whilst working on projects covering sectors such as Residential, Industrial, Care, Education and more. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who has demonstrable experience running large projects.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure the project is completed in line with company policy and statutory requirements.
• Assess and minimise risks.
• Make sure all safety inspection have been carried out.
• Communicate effectively with site staff.
• Ensure all site staff follow best practices and site rules.
• Involved in training, provide guidance and motivate staff.
• Report back to client.
• Planning and resource management.
• Make sure site facilities are correctly maintained and looked after.

Essential:

• Experience within a Site Management role on large project sites.

Salary:

• 50-60K
