Site Manager - 4 month contract - High Specification Development

Site Manager wanted for this leading high specification, low volume developer who focus on producing some of the finest homes in England. They are now seeking a Site Manager to oversee the finishing stages of one of their ongoing developments in the Wargrave area. As Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all works on site liaising and managing the various subcontractors on the project making sure it reaches its conclusion on time.
To be considered for the position you must come from a strong house building background, have a very keen eye for detail, be a self motivator and hold the following in date qualifications:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Forklift Drivers Certificate
