M&E Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Manager with a strong electrical bias to join a major commercial project in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme, managing the electrical and wider M&E delivery from site.

M&E Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the M&E package, with primary responsibility for electrical services

• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning

• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations

• Manage interface between M&E and other trades on site

• Review and manage RAMS, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions

• Attend and lead site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards

M&E Manager Requirements:

• Gold ECS

• SMSTS

• Proven experience as an M&E Manager or Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects

• Strong electrical background

• Experience delivering projects through to handover and commissioning

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Relevant electrical or building services qualifications
