About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team based at Heathrow Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality projects within one of the world s busiest and most complex airport environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate and support technicians and on-site teams, ensuring smooth operational delivery
• Liaise closely with stakeholders, contractors, and Heathrow operational teams
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions where required
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain strict adherence to Heathrow s safety, security, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in project management
• Proven experience working within Heathrow Airport and a strong understanding of its operating procedures
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering quality results
