We're looking for a Commissioning Manager to join our Natural Resources team, working on projects based across Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire for our 7 year, c£1bn framework with Southern Water. Location : from home and sites across the Southern Water patch - Kent, Sussex or Hampshire Hours : Permanent, Full Time - flexible hours are available if preferred, just let us know upon application Responsibilities We're looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to join our NRNN water team working on our Southern Water framework. In this role, you will work closely with project teams to plan and deliver all MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation) and process commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle. This includes ensuring alignment with the accepted Commissioning Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). This is a client facing role and direct communication and collaboration with Southern Water is essential to success whilst representing Kier interests. In your day to day you'll: Develop and own a full commissioning plan, developing and owning a full commissioning strategy. Develop and own with Southern water the project handover documentation for successful project completion into the defects and warrantee period. Manage the commissioning team and engineers including the recruitment process with senior project team Work closely and collaboratively with the senior project team to develop efficient, practical and safe solutions throughout the programme into construction and beyond. Review and manage to the construction programme, mitigate delays and work with the team to achieve positive outcomes. What are we looking for?
