There are a large number of tenders from a pre-existing frameworks in addition to selective tender. You will attend pre-tender, site and post-tender meetings, producing BOQ's, take offs, full cost plans and target cost reporting. Identify appropriate and qualified subcontractors for each tender, negotiating on price and maintaining strong contractual relationships. Desirable Experience: - 10 years+ experience in a pure estimating role with a main contractor. - Sector experience must include New Build and/or Refurbishment projects. - Experience with Causeway or Conquest estimating software would be advantageous. - Previous Roles: Estimator OR Senior Estimator OR Principal Estimator OR Intermediate Estimator. Qualifications & Skills: Degree or HND/HNC in a Construction related subject.
