What Are We Looking For? Due to continued growth, our Chemical & Wastewater Solutions team is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of projects for Scotland and the North of England within the Water industry. Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder s appropriate skill set. What Do You Need? RICS recognised qualification (or equivalent) in one or more of the following Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering. Previous proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role. Experience of setting and agreeing commercial strategies, procurement, cost/value reconciliation/reporting, project management, negotiation and settlement of accounts, negotiation, and settlement of claims. Experience in NEC contracts would be beneficial. Ability to delegate to and manage a team of commercial staff. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
