Job Overview Responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for mechanical services packages. This includes reviewing specifications, mechanical drawings, carrying out detailed take-offs, liaising with suppliers/subcontractors, and producing full cost plans for HVAC, plumbing and public health systems.
