MEP Commissioning Manager - Tier 1 MEP Sub-Contractor - C 80-90K - West London
Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading Tier 1 MEP sub-contractor in search of a MEP Commissioning Manager to join a flagship project in Westt London.
We're seeking a highly experienced professional with a proven track record delivering MEP packages valued between 20m- 40m across large-scale commercial and residential new build schemes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in full project commissioning from concept through to completion and aftercare
- Ability to develop and manage detailed commissioning plans across all RIBA stages
- Proactive and collaborative team player with strong leadership skills
- Experience delivering high-quality outcomes on commercial and residential developments
- Passivhaus design experience highly desirable
- Mechanical background preferred
