This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable Site Manager with proven experience in timber frame housebuilding who can confidently manage site operations, maintain high standards of quality and health and safety, and ensure the development progresses in line with programme. The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised and committed to delivering a high-quality finished product while managing subcontractors and site teams effectively. The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring homes are built safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities. Overseeing the construction of timber frame homes from build stages through to completion. Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed and maintained across site. Monitoring build progress and driving the programme forward. The Role The role of Sales Progressor is responsible for moving sales from reservation stage through to contract exchange and the completion and drive for this to happen in the shortest possible timescale as well as ensuring that maximum profit is achieved through the effective management of the sales team's progression whilst giving a high level of service to our customers.
