We have an opportunity for a Technical Surveyor - Electrical. This role will be based in Wembley, twice a week with travel to other sites, covering London & Hertfordshire as and when required. Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring value for money. Excellent record-keeping, organisational, and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and represent the organisation professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. Collaborative, professional, and committed to continuous learning. Maximising the value to the Client and your new company, ensuring the smooth running and ongoing cost effectiveness of contracts. You will be friendly, motivated, reliable and a hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on similar projects within a similar industry sector. You will have extensive knowledge, experience and/or qualifications in building maintenance this includes reactive/responsive repairs, cyclical decorations and/or lifecycle repairs. You must also have a full UK driving licence as there will be some travel involved .
