Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates ( 50k- 5m) and price Bills of Quantities Manage full tender lifecycle from enquiry to submission Lead pre-tender meetings, risk assessments, and Board adjudications Identify value engineering opportunities and support decision-making Mentor junior staff and improve estimating processes Requirements: Proven experience as Electrical Estimator or Tendering Manager Knowledge of commercial electrical installations and BS7671 Experience with estimating software such as Conquest, Trimble, or Amtech NVQ Level 3 or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering desirable This is a key role for a commercially astute professional ready to influence bids and business growth.
