I have been asked to find a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a reinforced concrete/groundworks contracting background for my client- an RC frame specialist operating across the country. For this opportunity you will be working on projects in the West Midlands. These could be in the residential, commercial or infrastructure sectors. Typically, packages are anywhere between 10 m - 30 m and can go beyond this on infrastructure schemes. This contractor has a 130 m turnover and has experienced sustained annual growth- even during the last couple of years which have been particularly challenging. Ideally you will have at least 5 years with a reinforced concrete contractor and at least 10 years experience overall- I am looking for applicants that are confident, experienced and can operate in a professional and competent manner. You could work as part of a team but may also have overall commercial responsibility for projects.
