* Maintains all Building Compliance registers for all building assets

Knowledge and Skills
* Working towards a relevant degree.
* Experience in at least one of the following:
* Asbestos Surveying, Management and Non-Licensed removal and as a minimum will hold valid BOHS P402 and P405 qualifications or equivalent, current UKATA/ARCA non-licensed removal certification and have a minimum of 12 months experience in asbestos surveying and sampling
* Legionella Surveying, as a minimum will hold valid BOHS P900, P901 & P903 qualifications, WMSoc or C&G equivalent and have a minimum of 12 months experience in Legionella Risk Assessments and management of written schemes
* Fire Risk Assessment, as a minimum will hold NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management and have a minimum of 12 months experience in fire risk assessment and risk assessment reviews
* In depth and comprehensive knowledge of legislation pertaining to building compliance including but not limited to asbestos, legionella and fire and understand the control measures required to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* Highly proficient at problem solving to enable definition of bespoke remedial solutions whilst fully understanding any impact on operational activity
* A critical ability to work safely to prevent the exposure of a hazardous material to themselves or others around them during the course of their work
* Membership in a relevant professional body such as IOSH, WMSoC or IFSM and maintenance of professional competence and keeping up to date with changes in relevant regulations and best practice.
