Response Maintenance Electricians are normally provided with an NIHE vehicle and travel directly from home to their first job undertaking repairs on NIHE properties covered by each of the depots. This role will be expected to cover nighttime and weekend response maintenance call-outs on a rota basis. Call out payments and a standby allowance are available in addition to the annual salary. Response Maintenance Electricians may occasionally be required to work for a temporary period in other depots due to work pressures.
