Candidates who can demonstrate substantial building surveying and property maintenance experience are encouraged to apply, regardless of professional membership status.

What's on Offer?

  • 320 per day.
  • 6-month interim contract.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with a balance of home working and site visits.
  • Opportunity to work across a varied commercial and operational property portfolio.
  • Friendly, collaborative team environment.
  • Immediate impact role with a mix of reactive and planned works.
