Looking for a clear route to Senior Quantity Surveyor and beyond? This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing specialist facades contractor with a substantial pipeline of secured work and a reputation for promoting from within. You'll work directly alongside experienced commercial leaders, gain exposure to high-value projects across London and the Home Counties, and be given the responsibility and support needed to fast-track your development.

You'll take ownership of the commercial delivery of facade and cladding projects from procurement through to final account, becoming a key part of a close-knit and expanding commercial team. With consistent project wins and a growing workload, this role offers the chance to increase your responsibilities, develop your commercial skillset and establish yourself as a future senior member of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of projects from procurement to final account on Facade packages on both commercial and residential developments
• Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control
• Subcontract procurement and account management
• Variations, valuations and payment applications

Experience Required

• Experience as an Assistant QS, Quantity Surveyor or Project QS
• Background within cladding, facades, drylining, external envelope within a specialist contractor or developer
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Ambitious individual seeking long-term career progression and greater responsibility
