About the opportunity:
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial management of demolition and enabling works projects across London, taking ownership from tender through to final account.
This Senior Commercial Manager requirement is a hands-on leadership role, combining commercial strategy, financial and contractual control, and the management of a small commercial team.
Working closely with clients, operational teams, and subcontractors, as a Senior Commercial Manager, you will drive project profitability, manage commercial risks, resolve contractual issues, and ensure projects are delivered on budget and in line with contractual requirements.

About the requirements:
To be considered for this Senior Commercial Manager opportunity, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the UK demolition and/or enabling works sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual management.
- Experience managing project costs, valuations, variations, subcontractor negotiations and final accounts.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, identify commercial risks and maximise profitability.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small commercial team, providing guidance and direction.
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to remain actively involved in the day-to-day commercial management of projects.
- £100,000 £120,000 salary depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
