Estates Surveyor

I am working with a public sector organisation who are looking for an interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6 months basis.

About you

• Experienced across a commercial portfolio within a public sector organisation is desirable
• RICS chartership is a must have
• Able to show experience across all general practice work; rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant work
• Able to start within 2 weeks

About the role

• 3 days on site/in office a week
• No management responsibilities
• Organise and efficiently manage different work loads
• No valuations or disposal work
• Competitive day rate through an umbrella company
