I am currently partnered with a client in the West Midlands currently hiring for a Repairs Surveyor with a focus on delivering responsive day to day repairs. The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within Local Authorities and Housing Associations to assess issues brought forward by tenants and resolve property complaints. Responsibilities Focus on inspecting domestic housing stock & building defects from customers reported concerns with a heavy focus on diagnosing cause and remedy. Job role is to carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports to ensure accurate and thorough records are logged. To schedule the works to be carried out by contractors, be the final point of sign off once remedial works are completed.
