I'm currently working with a Public Sector Organisation in the South East that is looking to appoint an experienced Gas Clerk of Works on an initial 6-month contract , with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the operational management of a heating and hot water maintenance contract, ensuring high standards of contractor performance, compliance, quality, and service delivery. You'll also support the delivery of a planned boiler replacement programme across the organisation's property portfolio. My client in Wales is looking for an interim Building Surveyor to come in on an Interim basis for an initial 12 months with likelihood of extension. It will be 3 days definitely on site/in the office, however for the remaining 2 days you will need to be able to reactively respond to potential call outs.
