Pontefract Hybrid Working £31,500 Basic + OTE £37,000

Our client requires an experienced Sales Progressor who has a strong background in progressing residential property sales within an estate agency environment, combined with experience managing and developing a team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a great company culture, modern and welcoming offices and a genuinely people-focused environment. When working in the office, you can bring your dog to work, and lunch is provided, alongside the flexibility of working from home to a maximum of 3 days a week. However you could be in the office everyday if you prefer.

The Role

You will lead a team of Sales Progressors, ensuring property transactions are progressed efficiently from offer through to completion, while providing support, guidance and motivation to the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Progressors.
  • Managing complex and high-priority property transactions.
  • Monitoring pipelines, team performance and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensuring sales progress smoothly and issues are identified and resolved quickly.
  • Building strong relationships with estate agents, clients and internal teams.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
  • Supporting the continued growth and development of the sales progression function.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience progressing residential property sales within an estate agency.
  • Previous team management or leadership experience.
  • A strong understanding of the property sales process from offer to completion.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The confidence to manage difficult or complex transactions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
