Due to continued growth and ongoing repeat business, they are looking to recruit an experienced Civils Estimator to join their expanding team. Working closely with the Director and Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates for civil engineering and groundworks projects ranging from 25,000 to 1.5 million. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious business where you'll play a key role in securing new work while benefiting from the guidance and expertise of an experienced senior management team. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering and groundworks projects. Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Complete quantity take-offs and pricing schedules. Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities. Prepare and submit competitive tenders within deadlines. Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tender process.
