Due to continued growth and ongoing repeat business, they are looking to recruit an experienced Civils Estimator to join their expanding team. Working closely with the Director and Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates for civil engineering and groundworks projects ranging from 25,000 to 1.5 million. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering and groundworks projects. Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Complete quantity take-offs and pricing schedules. Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities. Prepare and submit competitive tenders within deadlines. Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tender process. Manage multiple tenders while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Support successful project handovers to the operational teams. About You You'll have: Previous estimating experience within civil engineering and groundworks. A sound understanding of earthworks, drainage, roads and sewers, reinforced concrete, foundations and external works. Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills. The ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

We are looking for an experienced Tenancy Manager/Neighbourhood Caseworker to investigate anti-social behaviour (ASB), nuisance complaints and breaches of tenancy agreements, helping to create safe, sustainable communities. This role is part of social housing, is Monday to Friday and temporary 10-12 weeks. This role requires you to have your own vehicle and you claim mileage at 50p per mile. This role would suit someone who has experience of anti-social behaviour calls or incidents and can communicate well in interview situations. You will manage a caseload of ASB and tenancy issues, carrying out home visits, interviewing tenants, witnesses, and complainants, gathering evidence, and working with partner agencies to resolve cases. Where breaches of tenancy or criminal behaviour are identified, you will take appropriate enforcement action, including preparing cases for legal proceedings where necessary. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of anti-social behaviour, nuisance and tenancy breach cases. Conduct home visits to investigate complaints and gather evidence. Interview tenants, witnesses and complainants, maintaining accurate case records. Work with tenants to resolve issues through advice, support and early intervention. Escalate serious or persistent tenancy breaches through the appropriate enforcement process. Prepare legal documentation and represent the organisation at court where required. Work closely with the Police, Local Authority and other agencies to resolve community issues. Maintain a visible presence within neighbourhoods and build positive relationships with residents. Identify safeguarding concerns and refer tenants to appropriate support services. Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with housing policies and legislation.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a full-time Qualified Site Joiner / Timber Window & Door Fitter to join their experienced installation team. Essential Requirements Minimum of 1 year's experience fitting pre-finished timber windows and doors Full UK driving licence Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach Please note: Previous experience installing timber windows and doors is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities Installing timber casement windows Installing timber sliding sash windows Fitting pre-hung external doors and frames Installing conservatories, orangeries, and roof lanterns (preferred but not essential) Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project You will normally work as part of a two-person installation team alongside either an apprentice joiner or an experienced fitter's mate. Full product training will be provided where required.
