Site Manager - Enhanced DBS - Oxford - Fit Out

Freelance Site Manager required for a 12-week internal school fit-out project in Oxford, starting on Monday, 19th October 2026. ENHANCED DBS ESSENTIAL

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee a £250k internal refurbishment. You will be responsible for managing internal trades, ensuring rigorous health and safety compliance, liaising closely with the school client, and driving successful project delivery on time and within budget. Because this project is within an active educational environment, we can only consider applicants who possess all the essential qualifications listed below.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Management: Oversee and coordinate all internal sub-contractors and trades on-site.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the school management and project stakeholders.
• Health & Safety: Maintain strict H&S standards, conduct inductions, and manage RAMS.
• Project Delivery: Ensure the programme is met, tracking progress against the 12-week schedule.

Essential Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check (Mandatory due to the school environment)
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Valid CSCS Card
