Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery across key schemes. As their Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects ensuring projects are delivered within budget and maximising profitability. You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the project from inception to completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery. Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
