We're working with a growing independent agency founded by an industry pro with 15+ years across some of the biggest names in property.

Five years on from going solo, the business is ready to grow - and we're looking for brokers to grow with it.

This isn't a desk job. It's a chance to run your own patch, keep the lion's share of what you earn, and plug straight into live stock from day one.

• Work remotely - no office to commute to (most of our stock sits in NW London)

• A broker covering both sales and lettings
• Strong roots in North West London and the surrounding area
• Someone with their own network who can bring stock to the table
• A self-motivated operator who thrives on autonomy

Commission:

- 40% per listing
- 40% per transaction
