Sole PM in office Close knit team MUST drive and have own car An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading, top-tier corporate property business in Cambridge. Working as part of a friendly and professional team of six , you'll take responsibility for a well-managed portfolio of approximately 55 residential properties , acting as the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle. From inspections, maintenance coordination and renewals through to compliance and tenancy administration, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for someone with previous residential lettings/property management experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
