We are looking to recruit a SHE Systems Manager to join our SHE team in newly created role aimed at ensuring SHE systems, processes and reporting frameworks support legal compliance, operational excellence and the achievement of the company's SHE objectives. The role will lead the management of SHE data, digital platforms, reporting tools and system governance, ensuring accurate performance reporting, effective risk management and a positive user experience across the business.
SHE SYSTEMS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure SHE policies, procedures, standards and guidance documents remain current, compliant and aligned to business requirements.
- Manage system configuration, updates, testing and user access controls, working with the Miller IT team to enhance and improve the current system user experience
- Develop and maintain SHE reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with the Northern and Southern SHE Directors to ensure group SHE systems, standards and reporting frameworks are practical, consistently applied and aligned to regional operational needs.
SHE SYSTEMS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience managing SHE management systems within a complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Experience producing management information, dashboards and performance reports.
- Experience supporting ISO management systems and certification audits.
