The role will see you working on identification of land and development opportunities both short and medium term, research and appraisal work, preparation of offers, negotiation with Land Owners and Agents. LAND BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide assistance in the identification of new land and development opportunities. Liaise with Land Owners and Agents regarding new opportunities. Assess potential land opportunities, including completion and/or assessment of appraisals to establish appropriate land values. Assist with the processing of opportunities to prepare for offers to be made in consultation with internal colleagues and external parties, where relevant. LAND BUYER REQUIREMENTS: Numerate and conversant with Land Appraisal systems, budgets etc Highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision. Good communication skills via all mediums and able to establish strong working relationships with external agencies. Educated to Degree level with planning / property related discipline desirable.
