Night Site Manager - Shop Fit-Out (Chester)
Location: Chester
Shift: Nights
Sector: Retail Fit-Out / Shop Refurbishment
We are currently looking for an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee a retail shop fit-out project in Chester.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience managing shop fit-out or retail refurbishment projects is essential.
- Proven track record delivering retail projects in live or occupied environments.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site management procedures.
- Able to manage subcontractors, programme works, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Background
Candidates must have a strong background in:
- Retail fit-out
- Shop refurbishments
- Fast-track construction projects
Ideally based within East Anglia or surrounding areas and willing to travel.
Responsibilities
As Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the project from commencement through to completion
- Overseeing all site activities during night shifts
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times
- Coordinating subcontractors and labour
- Managing project programmes and deadlines
- Monitoring quality standards and project costs
- Reporting progress to senior management and clients

Experience & Qualifications

- SMSTS (CITB)
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Fire Marshal
- Asbestos Management Awareness
