Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Labourer with a valid IPAF licence to join a busy demolition and construction project in Leeds city centre (LS1). This is a short-term contract lasting approximately 2 weeks, offering competitive rates and immediate starts for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting demolition and construction trades on site.
• Operating powered access equipment in line with IPAF certification.
• General site labouring duties.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Assisting with site strip-out and demolition works.
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised.
• Removing waste and debris from site.
• Following site health & safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting site management and other trades as required.

Requirements

• Valid IPAF Licence (essential).
• Previous labouring experience within construction or demolition environments.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Full PPE required, including hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots, gloves, and eye protection.
